“I had tried training on my own and I felt like I was not making sufficient progress, and not because of a lack of motivation. I felt like having a personal trainer would help break me through the walls that I had hit on my personal journey.
I think Khan has been an excellent training partner. In the number of years that I've been training with him, I've hit several setbacks, such as a shoulder injury and, of course, the COVID-19 pandemic. Khan was always there to work with me through these challenges. For example, he recommended shoulder stretches and modified our training to take the load off my injured shoulder. During the multiple lockdowns, he checked on me daily to ensure that I remained motivated. He also customized my diet plans every step of the way, to guide me both in and out of the gym.
I think training with Khan makes me want to push myself harder. It is somehow always a lot more exhausting to train with Khan than to train alone - even if I was doing the exact same exercises!
I would recommend Khan as a coach! I think Khan has done a wonderful job with me and I believe he would do the same for everybody!”

“I want to lose weight or become fit as I was called being chubby or fat. I want to gain self- confidence and learn to love myself. But I don’t know where to start. Hence, I looked for personal trainer who will push me to do it.
My friend’s trainer is coach Khan. And I saw my friend’s tremendous transformation after training with him. Not just my friend, but I saw huge changes on his other clients too. I can see that He is really dedicated with his job. He is serious and strict while training them. He can be look fierce at first but once you know him, he can be annoyingly funny.
He thought me a lot of ways to control my food by keeping track of my calories. But I failed on that because It’s hard for me. I learned a lot of workouts, correct postures and how to use the machines properly.
There was once I thought of giving up because whatever he asked me to do, I failed to do it. That's how hard headed I am. :( I felt like he is giving up on me.. but he didn’t. He always pushes me to not give up. If I felt pain in my body especially my back, he will give advice on what to do and how to prevent it in the future. He will make sure I will do the correct posture so that I won’t hurt myself.
I used to worry about what other people think of me while doing the workout, but when I started training with him, he made me feel comfortable and safe as I know that he always look at my posture. He always checks on me if I’m fine or I feel any aches/sprain. After working out with him after few sessions, my confidence increased a lot, learnt to love myself, my body especially those fats. :) I’ve never been so active in my whole life, he was the one who keeps pushing me.
I felt more motivated when I started seeing the results as I started receiving compliments that I lost weight. This helps me to work harder to reach my goal.
Sometimes there will be days I will feel lazy, but he never ever gets tired of pushing me to do it.
It’s funny when we workout, he can be OCD in a good way as he wants to make sure the bench and barbells are on the right position even a bit out of alignment. That’s how serious he is. But he laughed a lot too despite people scared of him as he looks fierce. I find him the friendliest and most knowledgeable coach I met.
He is the best coach I’ve met. He really cares for his client not just doing his job. He will do his best to help his client to achieve their goal, that’s how dedicated he is. He knows when to be serious and joke with client. He is just professional. That’s how good he is.”

“I was extremely fat and lost a whole lot of weight. Having reached the weight I wanted, I then realized I needed more stamina and wanted to do more in terms of strength, as I used to get breathless climbing a flight of steps. Today thanks to Khan I run on the treadmill for 25 mins (and I say this very proudly).
I wanted to build strength and fill in all the loose skin I have with as much muscle I could, as I've lost about 55 kgs in total as of today. When I started with Khan, I had lost 46kgs.

“Working as a nurse with 3 rotating shift and being a new mom has made it difficult stay active. I'm just so exhausted and mostly eat out. Basically, anything that's easy to grab and go. I try going to gym on my off days but then again, I rather rest or basically be lazy in other words. I needed a personal trainer to keep me motivated. “I looked for a coach because I want to make sure the exercises, I did are of the correct way to prevent further injury as I age and wanted to see if there’s any vast difference between working out on my own and with a guide. Also, to have someone keep me on track as well as provide alternatives with current injuries because suffer from recurring Triceps tendinitis and knee injury. I was assigned to Coach Khan by AF. Some of the areas he has help me are fast adaptability towards a change in workout due to my injury and recovery, fast progression towards hitting goals with variety of workouts and meal planning advices, and always giving options and suggestions to hit the workout more with my erratic work schedules.

He knows what he’s doing. The questions and the answers to assess a whole situation per individual is one of his best qualities. Especially his assessment, he knows when I’m lost in thought and thinking way too much about a certain workout that he teaches. I always look forward to it and the pace is just right.”
